My name is Pamela Roberts. I am a former Surgical Technologist and now I am a certified international pet groomer with two certifications in CPR and first Aid. Animals are my passion. I strive to provide the highest quality care for your pet, emphasizing humanity over vanity. I treat all animals as my own.
I offer In-home and mobile services. In-home services are perfect for cats which make it stress free.
We take pride in our commitment to a prompt arrival, ensuring arrival in a precise 30-minute window of the quoted time.

If your cat is horribly matted and never gets groomed, and it takes us over 2 hours to groom it, then this is your cat!

We elevate the bathing experience with a unique whipped shampoo and conditioning technique called frothing. Using only the finest natural and organic shampoos, this luxurious process ensures your pet’s coat is not only clean but also deeply conditioned. Each formula is carefully selected based on your pet’s unique skin and coat needs, leaving them with a lush and fragrant coat.
Under meticulous care, nails are cut and buffed, and fur around paws and pads is trimmed, preventing the collection of debris that could cause irritation.
With a gentle touch, your pet’s ears are cleaned with an all-natural solution and trapped fur removed. This not only prevents painful ear infections but also contributes to your pet’s overall health and well-being.
Fur is trimmed under the stomach and tush, ensuring a fresh and clean private area until their next spa visit. Females receive a “Brazilian,” and males enjoy a “Manscape.”
During the bath, a facial scrub enhances the cleansing experience, removing dirt and stains while relaxing and preparing your pet for their pampering.
We use a process called fluff-drying which involves hand-brushing and combing during the drying process to fluff your pet’s coat, creating maximum volume and a stunning shine.
Finishing spray that leaves your pet with a long-lasting, fragrant scent that naturally neutralizes odors and conditions coats. It’s an irresistible aroma that beckons for more cuddle time. *Finishing spray can be omitted upon request.

In-home: everything is done at the comfort of your home. I bring everything with me, all i need from you is your tub or shower (know that there is a $50 dollar up charge for this service)
Mobile: the entire service is done in my all electric grooming salon right at the door of your home.
A mobile pet groomer can only complete a small fraction of the volume that a salon groomer can. This is because of travel time and the individual attention that your pet receives during the groom.
Mobile grooming is a luxury, convenience based service, that provides you and your pet with the individual attention and service you deserve. Unlike store-front grooming salons, who must rely on a high volume of dogs and groomers to meet their monetary obligations, mobile grooming is a specialized service with one-on-one service from start to finish. Because I’m not able to groom as many dogs as a salon to cover our operational costs, however, this must be reflected in our prices.
In addition, Pam’s Cut Above LLC is owned and operated by a Certified Master Groomer that believes in certification and continuing education. My experience, training, and quality of my work is reflected in the price.

I only require you to be present during the first appointment. All existing client’s are welcome to leave a key or garage/ lockbox code for me to enter while you are at work or running errands. This convenient service has also allowed many of my clients the luxury to set up a recurring schedule with their groomer and avoid fees associated with missed appointments. Plus, it requires the least amount of effort for our clients—they leave and come home to a happy and clean pup! Additionally, I always make sure they get a little walk to go potty prior to securing them back inside your home.
Sometimes I may be running low on water and will request to refill my tank with your outdoor faucet.

My grooming services are performed by me as the business owner. Having the same groomer for each appointment can be a familiar and comfortable feeling for your pet. I look forward to building a relationship with you!
Quicker grooming times
No more waiting all day to get your dog back from the groomers. Quicker grooming times are ideal for any pet. But specially for anxious, or senior pets.
No exposure to other pets
Your pet will never come in contact with other pets that may carry parasites or viruses. My equipment is cleaned and disinfected after every appointment. Mobile grooming is also perfect for dogs that do not get along well with others.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so minimum 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment the day of, a fee of the total amount due for the appointment will be collected.
